Essentials Super Neon Super Chunky is a thick and cosy new wool blend yarn that can be quickly knit up with large needles, making it perfectly suitable for fashion accessories! 

FREE PATTERN: NEON SUPER EASY HAT

Long tail cast on 48 stitches using 8mm 16" circular needle. Join to knit in the round. [K 1, P 1] repeat for 10" - 11".

Place markers to divide into 4 sections- 12 stitches each section. Begin decreases.

Round 1: SSK, [K1, P1 to marker] 4 times

Round 2: [K1, P2tog, (K1, P1 to marker)] 4 times

Repeat Rounds 1 and 2 two more times(24sts remain)

*on last round, you may remove markers as you get to them.  

Cut 6" tail. Use darning needle to weave end through remaining 24sts and pull tightly to close the hole.
