Essentials Super Neon Super Chunky is a thick and cosy new wool blend yarn that can be quickly knit up with large needles, making it perfectly suitable for fashion accessories! 

FREE PATTERN: NEON SUPER EASY HAT

Long tail cast on 48 stitches using 8mm 16" circular needle. Join to knit in the round. [K 1, P 1] repeat for 10".

Place markers to divide into 4 sections- 12 stitches each section. Begin decreases.

Round 1: SSK, [K1, P1 to marker] 4 times

Round 2: [K1, P2tog, (K1, P1 to marker)] 4 times

Repeat Rounds 1 and 2 three more times, switching to DPNs when needed (16sts remain)

*on last round, you may remove markers as you get to them. 

SSK, repeat to end. 

Cut 6" tail. Use darning needle to weave end through remining 8sts and pull tightly to close the hole.
