Return Policy 
You may return eligible items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, WITH A RECEIPT, or with the purchasers name attached to the original sale. If your item(s) was shipped to you, you must notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your items, and your items must be shipped and returned within 30 days of receiving your items. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

In-store Ravelry purchases

Refunds 

Upon satisfactory inspection of your returned item(s), we will process your full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification by email of your refund. Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed. 

Returns that do not meet our Return Policy time limits will be eligible for store credit only, in the form of a Handknit gift card. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges after 6 months of purchase. 

 

Sale and Markdown Items

We offer full refunds on sale items* with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

We offer exchange on the PURCHASE PRICE of sale items, with 6 months of purchase, under the same guidelines of our Exchange Policy. For example, you can exchange yarn in the same base for a different colour, but you will need to pay the difference between the original sale price, and the regular price, or price of yarn at the time of exchange. 

WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON SALE ITEMS.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made on yarn in original and sellable condition within 6 months of purchase. We can only offer exchanges on yarn that is accompanied WITH A RECEIPT, or with the purchasers name attached to the original sale.  Exhanges will be processed as store credit in the form of a Handknit gift card, on the purchase price of the yarn.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
