YES! #HKFallKAL2025 is HERE!

For this year, we are encouraging everyone to dive into the joys of handspun and handspun-style yarns, and the many patterns that have sprung up for these special yarns over the years.

For some inspo, check out our Ravelry bundle! We will keep adding to it so keep checking back, and if you have any ideas on what we can add to inspire others, please DM us on Instagram!

Everyone is welcome to use the hashtag (#HKFallKAL2025) and post on our Ravelry board with WIPs or FOs! Crochet Projects welcome! I've made sure to include some crochet patterns in the inspo bundle. (The word MAL just makes me think of the French for bad. Lol. Sorry.) KALs are always for the fun and the enjoying of our wonderful community, so we always encourage stash shopping but...

We're also drawing for two $80 GCs! And if you want to be eligible to win, you do have to have bought 200g of yarn or fibre from us since August 15, 2025. I'm sure you understand. 😉 This year we have 2 categories!

- A finished knit or crochet project
- 200 g of fibre spun

This does mean that if you manage to spin 200g and turn it into something knit or crocheted you have two chances to win!
