Fundamentals of Brioche Knitting

Prerequisites:
This is not a beginner class, students should have had some knitting experience beyond the Beginner Knit class and completed some projects like hats, sweaters etc... You must know how to knit, purl, increases and decreases, knitting in the round, experience knitting finished projects that uses these techniques
Materials: Chunky yarn (or heavy worsted/aran), US10 / 6mm 32" circular needles. Recommended yarn: Outback Chunky, 220 Grande
The class will be swatch-based (not a project), a simple flat pattern in which we practice several rows of brioche knit and then integrate increases and decreases on the same row. If time allows, we will cover knitting brioche in the round.
