First Sweater (Step by Step Cardigan) - Guided Knitalong

$160.00

Knit your very first sweater project with confidence in our First Sweater (Cardigan) Guided Knitalong workshop. In this five session workshop, you will be able to knit your sweater in a casual and friendly "knitalong" type setting, with our experienced instructor to help you along the way. We've chosen the pattern Step by Step Cardigan, a straightforward top down raglan style cardigan with the sleeves are knitted in the round. The simple design is finished with clean double knitted edges. Knit in a medium weight yarn, we are spacing out each session two weeks apart so that you are given the time needed to complete your project.

The first session (required attendance) will be similar to our Project Prep Basics class- a crash course in everything you need to know before starting a substantial project. The next four sessions will be a more casual setting, where you can work on your project and meet/chat with peers, and get help from the instructor as you need it. While attendance is not required for these sessions, we strongly recommend that you attend in order to gain a full appreciation of the knitalong experience.
